Win10 精确触摸板(Precision Touchpad)滚动速度慢

我的ThinkPad从T460p换成X1C2019次顶配后，触摸板也由Synaptics的普通触摸板换成ELAN的Windows Precision Touchpad (PTP)精确触摸板，然而使用体验极度变差，表现为滚动速度极慢，双指滑动整个触摸板页面才滚动一点点，和老ThinkPad及Mac形成鲜明对比。

网上曾经有中英文版本提出解决方案：修改注册表

打开注册表HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Wisp\Touch\Friction,我这里默认的值是50。这个值设置的越小，拖动双指进行滚动的速度越快。最后我把这个值设置成5，感觉很不错。

然而，跟皇帝的新衣一样，使用体验根本没有变化。

经过我的不懈努力，在英文版微软社区中找到这个问题的原因：

"precision touchpad" (most computers bult in the past several years use it), the touchpad will work more like a touchscreen:  the page you're scrolling will move equal to the speed of your movement on the pad, and should "track" very tightly with your movement.

If you want to scroll a long distance, you can also flick with two fingers and you'll see the page continue coasting for a long distance (like spinning the big wheel on price-is-right).

这里的意思是说，精准触摸板设计的跟触屏一样，紧紧跟着你的手指，你滑多少页面就走多少。。。（难怪了）

那么怎么解决呢？经过我不懈努力，终于在微软官方文档中找到答案：官方文档

Two-finger scrolling speed

Windows currently does not provide a way to modify the Precision Touchpad (PTP) two-finger scrolling speed.

The Vertical Scrolling Speed setting in the classic Control Panel will not impact the PTP two-finger scrolling.
