Keep custom manufacturing discontinued auto parts

It has been one year since we focus on custom manufacturing discontinued auto parts beginning of 2020. I did learn a lot and earn a little. To keep life going is no problem, getting to rich is still a daydream.

Discontined auto parts usually are disappeared or nearly disappeared in current automotive aftermarket. That means the quantity of required every year won’t be high, otherwise many other manufacturer must fight to do this business. The other reason is manufacturing process is too complicated. Comparing to energy and money invested, the profit is a piece of cake. Few or nobody want it.

We are lucky, we have an injection mold engineer can design and build very low cost injection mold. Rely on his skill and special technology, we are keep going on the way of custom manufacturing discontinued auto parts, escpecially for auto plastic parts.

Luckily I am doing metal products manufacturing by myself for 15 years, I can do low cost metal stamping and machining.

We have the ability and capacity to serve parts for OE market since we have good mold and die technology. Mold and die is gaurantee of production, no matter for auto metal parts or auto plastic parts.
