解决方法

一般这种情况下 不是idea莫名其妙给你自动化生成一些代码 就是少jar包 idea也是为显出来它很自动化一样 自动生成的代码有些还用不到 甚至还会影响到你的运行 废话不多说上解决方法。

我的是 applicationContext.xml.配置文件问题
没修改的找不到了 修过之后忘记切图了，直接上修改过的。

//我主要修改的是  xsi:schemaLocation
