我帮母亲准备派对；

noteic ： to不定式：自己只是搭把手；

You had better go home befor it starts to rain.
你最好在下雨之前回家。

had 是助动词；助动词后面要接动词原型；
befor : 连词；
对平辈、晚辈的语气；

You may as well go home befor it starts to rain.
你不妨在下雨之前回家。

may ：助动词；
