1> 序数词

第1~3	调皮的	first， second， thired
第4~19	基数词+th	fourth，fifth， eighth， 12 twelvefth ，ninth
第20，30， 90	基数词ty , 去y+ieth	twentieth，fiftieth
2、3位数	个位数变序数词	32 thirty-second，938 nine hundred and thirty-eighth
第100， 1000	加 th	hundredth， thousandth

3> the + 序数词

Harford was the first person to notice the change.
Harford 是第一个注意到这个改变的人。

• the 定冠词，有指定

December is the twelvefth month in a year.
12月是一年中断第12个月。

He saw a plane flying over the hill.
他看到一架飞机飞过山丘。

接着他看到第二架，第三架。

• 没有指令，用不定冠词，a；
