建立新的仓库：
正确步骤：

git init //初始化仓库

git add .(文件name) //添加文件到本地仓库

git commit -m “first commit” //添加文件描述信息

git remote add origin + 远程仓库地址 //链接远程仓库，创建主分支

git pull origin master // 把本地仓库的变化连接到远程仓库主分支
-
git push -u origin master //把本地仓库的文件推送到远程仓库
clone项目（包含子项目）：
git clone --recursive
或者clone下来后再
git submodule init
git submodule update
github错误：
1、Updates were rejected because the tip of your current branch is behind its remote counterpart
原因：当前本地版本比远程更低
解决方法：
a.强制push的方法
git push -u origin master -f
这样会使远程修改丢失，一般是不可取的，尤其是多人协作开发的时候。
b.push前先将远程repository修改pull下来
git pull origin master
git push -u origin master
c.若不想merge远程和本地修改，可以先创建新的分支,然后push
git branch [name]
git push -u origin [name]
