X导最近又决定投稿Journal of Environmental Management...小牛吗当然是没有意见，埋头猛猛冲咯~好在《JEM》和《EP》的投稿要求相似，之前的也算是不白看。但第一次投稿总是略微有点困难的，一登上这个Editorial Manager，就心慌慌...意乱乱...不过慢慢来，一点一点捋总能搞定。小楠小楠，不怕困难！

1.Article Type Selection

首先是Article Type Selection，只需要选择“Research Article”即可。

2.Attach Files

第二项是Attach Files，在这一步必须上传的文件有Title page（封面）、Cover Letter（投稿信）、Highlights（亮点）、Manuscript（手稿）以及Declaration of Interest Statement（利益声明）的Word文件，不能是PDF。

其中，封面、亮点、利益声明一般都包含在手稿的正文里，直接提出来，另存一个word即可。

2.1 Title page, Cover Letter, Highlights

2.2 Declaration of Interest Statement

对于利益声明，要注意，在投稿系统里面需要上传的文件要求是“All authors must disclose any financial or personal relationships that may be perceived as influencing their work. Complete Elsevier's Declaration of Interests form. Additional instructions may appear below (after uploading your main file).”，也就是说需要点击链接，填写利益声明表之后，再下载Word文件，上传至系统中。

而在手稿的正文里，也需要在“Conclusion”和“Reference”之间，加上利益声明，Declaration of competing interest。

一般为：The authors declare that they have no known competing financial interests or personal relationships that could have appeared to influence the work reported in this paper.

即：作者声明，他们没有已知的竞争性经济利益或个人关系，可能对本文所报告的工作产生影响。

2.3 Manuscript

最关键的部分应该是Manuscript手稿部分，手稿要包括的内容很多，我是写完正文才发现在“Conclusion”之后，应该加上“Credit author statement（作者声明）”、“Declaration of competing interest（利益声明）”、“Acknowledgements（致谢）”、“Appendix A. Supplementary data（补充材料）”以及“Data availability（数据可用性）”，以前看论文从来不关注这个...

（1）作者声明——Credit author statement，指的是作者的分工，包括14项：

概念化 Conceptualization——提出想法；制定或发展总体研究目标和目的；
数据管理 Data curation——管理活动，用于注释（生成元数据）、清理数据和维护研究数据（包括软件代码，在解释数据本身时需要这样做）以供初次使用和以后重复使用；
形式分析 Formal analysis——应用统计、数学、计算或其他形式技术分析或综合研究数据；
资金获取 Funding acquisition——获取此出版物的项目的资金支持；
调查 Investigation——进行研究和调查过程，具体执行实验或数据/证据收集；
方法论 Methodology——方法的开发或设计；模型的创建；
项目管理 Project administration——研究活动规划和执行的管理和协调责任；
资源 Resources——提供研究材料、试剂、材料、患者、实验室样本、动物、仪器、计算资源或其他分析工具；
软件 Software——编程、软件开发；设计计算机程序；计算机代码和支持算法的实施；现有代码组件的测试；
监管 Supervision——研究活动规划和执行的监督和领导责任，包括核心团队外部的指导；
验证 Validation——验证结果/实验和其他研究成果的整体复制/可重复性，无论是作为活动的一部分还是单独验证；
可视化 Visualization——准备、创作和/或展示已发表的作品，特别是可视化/数据展示；
写作——原始草稿 Writing – original draft——准备、创作和/或展示已发表的作品，特别是撰写初稿（包括实质性翻译）；
写作——审查和编辑 Writing – review and editing——由原研究小组的人员准备、创作和/或展示已发表的作品，特别是批判性审查、评论或修订 - 包括出版前或出版后阶段。

具体可以这样写，举个栗子：

San Zhang: First author, Writing - Reviewing and Editing, conceptualization of ideas and formulation and evolution of research goals acquisition of the financial support. Si Li:Writing - Reviewing and Editing, conceptualization of ideas, Validation, Formal analysis. Wu Wang: Conceptualization, Writing - Reviewing and Editing, Data Curation, Formal analysis. Liu Zhao: Writing - Reviewing and Editing, conceptualization of ideas, Data curation, Formal analysis, Field work, and Resources.

再举个栗子：

I, San Zhang, on behalf to the co-author hereby declare that the following work, entitled ******, is a result of my original research and has been written by Si Li and Wu Wang. In this study, all authors responsible for designing the study, collecting and analyzing data, interpreting results, and writing the manuscript. We have conducted this research in accordance with ethical standards and have obtained all necessary approvals and permissions. Furthermore, we guarantee that the submitted articles are original, have not been published or contributed elsewhere, and have not violated the rights of others. We also certify that we have properly cited any material or data used in this study. We believe that this work makes a valuable contribution to the field of forest environmental and management and meets the standards for publication in the Journal of Environmental Management.

（2）正文中的利益声明——Declaration of competing interest一般为：

The authors declare that they have no known competing financial interests or personal relationships that could have appeared to influence the work reported in this paper.

（3）致谢——Acknowledgement

在致谢部分中列出在研究过程中给予您帮助（例如语言、写作或校对方面的帮助）的任何个人。一般会把基金放在这里。致谢应放在参考文献列表之前的单独部分中。

举个栗子：

再举个栗子：

（4）数据声明——Data availability

一般会有如下几种情况。

No data was used for the research described in the article.本文所述研究未使用任何数据。
The data that has been used is confidential.已使用的数据是保密的。
The authors do not have permission to share data.作者无权共享数据。
Data will be made available on request.数据将根据要求提供。
The authors are unable or have chosen not to specify which data has been used.作者无法或选择不指定已使用哪些数据。
Other (please explain: e.g. 'I have shared the link to my data/code at the Attach File step’).其他（请解释：例如“我在附加文件步骤中共享了我的数据/代码的链接”）。

3.General Information

接下来要填一些一般信息，首先需要选择投稿期刊的板块，然后选择一个或多个分类来确定文章的专业领域。

4.Additional Information

附加信息需要填写的内容比较多，首先第一个问题是需要推荐审稿人，可以在相关期刊论文中查找合适的学者，或者参考引用的文献中的通讯作者，填写作者的姓名和邮箱。

第二个问题是论文字数，不包括图表和参考文献的，可以不必过于精确。

第三个问题是问是否为拒稿重投，还是第一次投稿。

第四个问题是声明“我知道向《环境管理杂志》投稿意味着所描述的工作以前没有发表过（除非以摘要或作为已发表的讲座或学术论文的一部分），不在考虑在其他地方发表，其出版已得到所有作者的批准，并得到了开展工作的负责当局的默许或明确批准，并且，如果被接受，未经出版商书面同意，不得以相同形式在其他地方以英语或任何其他语言发表。”

第五个问题是确认已在提交内容的致谢部分中提到了资助我研究的所有组织，并在适当的情况下包括资助号码。

第六个问题是预订服务。

“您是否想尽早以预印本的形式分享您的研究成果？预印本允许在出版之前公开访问和引用您的研究成果。

当您的论文进入同行评审时，《环境管理杂志》将免费提供在开放获取研究资料库 SSRN 上发布论文的服务。一旦在 SSRN 上发布，您的论文将受益于 DOI 的早期注册和早期传播，从而促进合作和早期引用。无论期刊做出何种出版决定，您的论文都可以免费阅读。这不会影响期刊的编辑过程或结果。”

第七个问题就是数据声明，前面有提到过，不再赘述。
