让RecyclerView上面的部件跟随其一起滑动实现方法和嵌套问题的解决

在recyclerview上方有其他的部件，然后需要让RecyclerView和这个部件一起滑动，不需要RecyclerView单独滑动

出现的问题：

1.嵌套后滑动不流畅问题

解决方法：嵌套滑动不激活。

recycleView.setNestedScrollingEnable(false);

2.当NestedScrollView嵌套RecycleView布局由Fragment管理，Fragment切换时会自动滑动到ReycleView的顶部。

解决方法：

recyclerView.setFocusable(false);

3.ScrollView中的布局不能撑满全屏问题

解决方法：必须ScrollView设置：

android:fillViewport="true"
