SpringBoot整合MyBatis时，pom文件有MyBatis依赖却还是无法使用@Insert、@Options和@MapperScan等注解

之前的依赖时这样的：

        <dependency>
            <groupId>org.mybatis.spring.boot</groupId>
            <artifactId>mybatis-spring-boot-starter</artifactId>
            <version>1.3.2</version>
            <scope>runtime</scope> 
        </dependency>

导致的问题：

       会导致@Insert、@Options和@MapperScan等注解无法使用

也尝试过新添加ibatis依赖但是只能解决@Insert、@Options的问题，仍然无法使用@MapperScan

解决方法：将<scope></scope>内容注释
