PDB(Protein Data Bank,简称PDB)蛋白质结构数据库是美国Brookhaven国家实验在1971年创建，由结构生物信息学研究合作组织(Research Collaboratory for Structural Bioinformatics,简称RCSB)维护。和核酸序列数据库一样，可以通过网络直接向PDB（访问网址：RCSB PDB: Homepage）数据库提交数据。

医药领域数据宽广，从药物的设计及合成再到活性试验，从临床前到临床试验再到批准上市，从药品到医疗器械，从患者到医生相关的数据库多不胜数。对于医药研发而言一个好的数据库能高效提升他们的工作效率，也是某种程度上的避免资源浪费。但好多医药数据库都是商业数据库，每年收费高昂，大部分医药相关人员敬而远之。不过市面上仍有一部分免费的数据库，如药融云医药数据库V4.0（个人版非付费申请）。下面给大家分享数据库附带各库的引用次数及Z-index。
