关于在Androidstudio的Message中报mergeDebugResources...finished with non-zero exit value 42错误的问题

程序在运行中报错，而且报的错误不是在Andorid Monitor中，而是在AndroidStudio的Message中报了一个如下的错误：

Error:Execution failed for task ':Application:mergeDebugResources'.

> F:\android_temperature\Application\src\main\res\drawable-hdpi\manager.png: Error: com.android.ide.common.process.ProcessException: org.gradle.process.internal.ExecException: Process 'command 'D:\lll\androidstudio\android-sdk\build-tools\21.1.2\aapt.exe'' finished with non-zero exit value 42

从上面的报错中很明显看到是我的manager.png图片有问题，导致编译不了，但很奇怪的是即使给图片换个名字还是不能解决这个错误，最后直接找美工，问她什么原因，结果是因为图片的格式不正确，所以让她改图片，纠结了我大把时间，注意在Message中报错一般是资源问题，在Andorid Monitor中报错一般是程序的语法问题。
