Centos系列 Curl error (37): Couldn‘t read a file:// file for file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-XXXX

最近在Centos8系统安装gcc时提示“Curl error (37): Couldn’t read a file:// file for file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-centosofficial [Couldn’t open file /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-centosofficial]”，经过摸索找到了方法，接下来记录一下修复方法。
