kaggle 数据下载使用kaggle api 下载才能比较快

pip install kaggle

o use the Kaggle API, sign up for a Kaggle account at https://www.kaggle.com. Then go to the 'Account' tab of your user profile and select 'Create API Token'. This will trigger the download of kaggle.json, a file containing your API credentials. Place this file in the location ~/.kaggle/kaggle.json

（在home目录下，可以使用ctrl+h打开隐藏文件，.kaggle就在home目录下）

使用下面命令给kaggle.json权限

chmod 600 ~/.kaggle/kaggle.json

终端使用下面命令下载，这个命令在要下载的网页上有

kaggle competitions download -c diabetic-retinopathy-detection

YorkCOSYAO: 出现负值的原因是因为smooth，参考用户‘孙良怀’的评论：loss = 2 * (intersection.sum(1) + smooth) / (input_flat.sum(1) + target_flat.sum(1) + smooth) 我认为应该写作： loss = (2*intersection.sum(1) + smooth) / (input_flat.sum(1) + target_flat.sum(1) + smooth) 。smooth应该加在括号里面。不然分子加了两个smooth，分母只加了一个
