waiting for device

Android Studio 突然程序下载不到手机里。
提示：waiting for device。
命令行下输入：adb devices ， 提示：
android adb devices offline

1. 要完全退出手机管家，包括豌豆荚 91助手啥的类似的都要关闭。看可行不？
2. 重启adb服务
   adb kill-server
   adb start-server 看可行不？
3. 上一步无效的情况下，将手机USB调试关闭后再次打开，重新执行上一步
4. 仍旧不行的话，重启手机
5. 到这步不行的话只能重启电脑了

我完全尝试了下，结果到了第五步重启电脑才可行。
原因还不明。

其他解决方法：
I also encountered this kind of problem. What i did was,
*issue command adb kill-server, adb start-server.
*restart the device,
*restart eclipse（Android studio）,
*restart computer,

(or turn off the device’s Wi-Fi if you’re connected over Wi-Fi)
Lastly if problem not solved, re-install Device USB Driver.
