My name is XXX Jing，which means peace and tranquillity. I come from Mianyang, located in Sichuan, which is famous for the rice wine.

Currently, I am studying at XXX University and my major is XXX. By learning this major, I have learned a lot professional knowledge about how to teach foreigners Chinese efficiently and have gained Solid theoretical foundation of linguistics and education.

What’s more, I have great passion and vigor and got involved in diverse student activities, such as speech competitions, academic seminars and different social practice activities. I have been enjoying the interaction with people around me and I believe the campus life have empowered me to do what I determine to do.

As for my personality, people who know me best say that I’m an optimistic and outgoing person. I am used to seeing things in a positive way in my daily life. Wherever I am, I am the one who cares about others and brings warmness too and won’t be affected easily. Besides, I’m an outgoing person in my daily life, so I always want to communicate with others, share my feelings and also help my friends to solve some problems.

Interestingly, some of my hobbies are favored by my foreign friends. I still remember the time when I played Molihua with my guitar, they were all quiet and got lost in my music. When I finished, they came towards me and asked me to teach them. After that, I tried my best to make songs with new words and the melody that my students are familiar with.

Personally, promoting Mandarin and transmitting Chinese civilization are of great importance to improve China’s soft power and I think I have great enthusiasm to teach foreigners Chinese, so I decided to take part in this exam.
