Cyclo(L-Asp-L-Gly)是一种环状二肽，由天然氨基酸天冬氨酸（Asp）和甘氨酸（Gly）组成。（活性药物中间体，氨基酸中间体，多肽中间体）环二肽又叫2,5-二酮哌嗪的衍生物,作为环肽成员中小的一类环肽，也可以根据实验需求，定制含D型与L型，S与R构型的氨基酸。

cyclo(Asp-Gly)被广泛应用于肽类药物的设计和合成。由于其稳定性和生物活性，它可以用作药物分子的骨架，以提高药物的生物利用度和药效。固态的甘氨酸为白色至灰白色结晶粉末，无臭，无毒 。在水中易溶，在乙醇或乙醚中几乎不溶。用于制药工业、生化试验及有机合成。
