CVPR(每年一次)、ICCV(每两年)、ECCV(每两年)、NIPS、ICML
Conference质量往往和location成反比
General chair：管所有事情
Program chair：管理paper
Area chair：分配reviewer，读reviewer和rebuttal
Reviewer：

Paper进来，经过主题match，然后分给area chair
Area chair不知道author，只有program chair知道author是谁(double blinder)

Each paper被2/3的area chair过，area chair给出建议
Program chairs 做出最终决定
Virtual meeting
Onsite meeting
Area chair少则20多篇，多则70多篇，所以不会认真去读

Accept：10%
Reject：60%
Go either way：

一般根据reviewer的意见
Overall

ICCV投稿比ECCV多

Workshop与conference

Journals：

有相似的地方，也可能是不一样的工作

Review process：
让别人先帮忙review——也要找对topic不熟的人读，reviewer不一定是相关领域的
发现别人的缺点来借鉴
