Android Studio禁用fetching documentation

每次调用Java和Android的SDK代码时，AS都会自动搜索文档，如果网络不好，会一直显示"fetching documentation"。

可以通过设置将其关闭
Preferences–Editor–General–Code Completion，将里面的Show the documentation popup in ms的勾取消。

保存后，再次写代码就不会再出现这种情况了。
