OpenFign：是什么？一个声明式的web服务客户端，让编写Web服务客户端变的非常容易，只需创建一个接口并在接口上添加注解即可。 Https://github.com/spring-cloud/spring-cloud-openfeigh
实现步骤：
1.pom.xml

            <artifactId>spring-cloud-starter-openfeign</artifactId>
        </dependency>

2.Application.yml

server:
  port: 80

eureka:
  client:
    register-with-eureka: false
    service-url:
      defaultZone: http://eureka7001.com:7001/eureka/,http://eureka7002.com:7002/eureka/

3.主启动类添加@EnableFeignClients

4.写一个与provider 一样的service接口

@Component
@FeignClient(value = "CLOUD-PAYMENT-SERVICE")
public interface PaymentFeignService
{
    @GetMapping(value = "/payment/get/{id}")
    public CommonResult<Payment> getPaymentById(@PathVariable("id") Long id);

    @GetMapping(value = "/payment/feign/timeout")
    public String paymentFeignTimeout();
}

5. controller

@RestController
@Slf4j
public class OrderFeignController
{
    @Resource
    private PaymentFeignService paymentFeignService;

    @GetMapping(value = "/consumer/payment/get/{id}")
    public CommonResult<Payment> getPaymentById(@PathVariable("id") Long id)
    {
        return paymentFeignService.getPaymentById(id);
    }

    @GetMapping(value = "/consumer/payment/feign/timeout")
    public String paymentFeignTimeout()
    {
        // OpenFeign客户端一般默认等待1秒钟
        return paymentFeignService.paymentFeignTimeout();
    }
}

6.测试
启动注册中心，7001 7002
启动providers 8001 8002
启动 consumer 80
http://localhost/consumer/payment/get/1
8001 8002交替出现，OK了。
