python实现滑雪游戏

游戏逻辑说明
初始化:

设置游戏窗口、颜色、滑雪者和障碍物的基本属性。
绘制窗口:

在每一帧中绘制滑雪者、障碍物和当前得分。
用户输入:

通过键盘的左右箭头控制滑雪者的移动。
障碍物生成和移动:

随机生成障碍物,并使其向下移动。
碰撞检测:

检查滑雪者是否与任何障碍物碰撞,若碰撞则结束游戏。
得分系统:

每一帧增加得分。
