Security Production Rules of the Rotary Kiln

Whether the equipment( such as ball mill, impact crusher) falls into any category, production safety should always be placed in the first position. Rotary kiln production is no exception,the following is the rotary kiln production safety rules ,the related recommendations, and overhaul of rotary kiln Notations:

1, the rotary kiln maintenance. "Listed" repair system should be implemented, the striking "someone work" , "not to start "and so forth should be written on the card, cut off the power when using the machine, just in case.
2, the rotary kiln   stopped overhaul.
(1) must notify maintenance personnel of various parts to finish the tool, all personnels should stay away from working place, and recover the work permit before changing the rotary kiln.
②in case of unsafe conditions, the overhaul leader should be responsible for the danger accidents.
③ If the work permit did not receive completely and change the rotary kiln, the kiln turner should be responsible for the rotary kiln danger.
(4) after transferring the kiln properly, the "work permit" should be sent to the maintenance jobs at any time, this is to show that the rotary kiln is completed before the overhaul.
⑤ when the repair is completed, immediately  return the  "work permit", and  accept and commission the machine.

3.When checking or cleaning the coal warehouse, the operators  should not be less than two to avoid absorbing large quantities of pulverized coal and fainting, or to inhaled CO overdose which leads to nobody rescue.
4,  before starting the equipment, we need to get the permit.
5, overhaul equipment lights, prohibited use the 220-volt lights.

6. Rotary kilns, in addition to the operator and relevant staffs,  the remaining staffs have to leave the kiln, for preventing the severe burning pulverized coal, gas volume expansion backfire and burn people. 
7, the operating equipment can not be repaired: as to whether the device is in operation, we should not use the quiz method of contacting with the hands and feet, for preventing burning by  the running machine  .
8, non-electrician should not tamper with electrical equipments,   staffs are required to wear overalls, Ping cap.
9, when leathering or circling into the demolition kiln, high temperature shoes, gloves, masks must be wore to prevent the brick or kiln skin burns or bumps.
10, when the coal powder burn naturally outside the warehouse,  the method of watering can not be adopted,  because the  coal fineness is very fine, having liquidity, if we watering them, the coal powder will dispel, the fire then will be spread.
