在编译的时候，遇到编译不过的问题

log 如下：

* What went wrong:
A problem occurred configuring root project 'jd_pingou'.
> Could not resolve all artifacts for configuration ':classpath'.
   > Could not find baseLibrary.jar (com.android.databinding:baseLibrary:3.0.0).
     Searched in the following locations:
         https://maven.aliyun.com/repository/google/com/android/databinding/baseLibrary/3.0.0/baseLibrary-3.0.0.jar

* Try:
Run with --stacktrace option to get the stack trace. Run with --info or --debug option to get more log output. Run with --scan to get full insights.

CONFIGURE FAILED in 4s

解决方法：在gradle.biuld 中添加google()
