android ViewPager实现软件初次开启的轮播图欢迎特效

多数软件在初次下载开启或者更新后都有一个类似轮播图特效的欢迎界面，如下图：

当滑倒最后一页的时候开启显示开始体验按钮。现在来对这个样子进行实现，代码下有详细解释。
