which a frame having a source address equal to the value

have some forwarding/filtering information about this
address (e.g., in the dot1dStaticTable).  Implementors
are encouraged to assign the port value to this object
whenever it is learned, even for addresses for which the
corresponding value of dot1dTpFdbStatus is not
learned(3).

和

 dot1qTpFdbPort

802.1D 是通用桥接的标准。802.1Q 定义了标记的 VLAN 和优先级代码点。

对于 dot1q，13最有可能是 VLAN ID (VID)。许多系统使用 VID 作为 CAM 表中 MAC 地址的扩展，因此条目仅与相同的 VLAN 匹配。
