steps:

1)dowload FileZilla server  //in the server

2)step up and configue it.

Follow the steps below

a)setup FileZilla server.exe 

b)run FileZilla Server Interface.exe

c)configue FZserer like below image:

3)testing

testing is OK

4)dowload FileZilla client //in the client

5)connect and starting ftp now!~~
