解决办法：

运行 npm install --global windows-build-tools --save
再安装node-sass npm install node-sass --save
到这里，错误应该就已经解决了。
如果 node-sass 安装不上的话可以试试用 cnpm 镜像安装。

以上为@夏目友人帐…原文给出的方法，下面是我在尝试时遇到的问题。

运行npm install --global windows-build-tools --save会报错，查看了下提示，需要使用管理员模式的powershell才能成功安装。
使用管理员模式powershell安装时，遇到卡在successfully installed python2.7不动的问题，参照@luffy5459文章，发现windows-build-tools未成功安装（C:\Users\用户名\AppData\Local\Temp\目录下没有VC.CMake.log文件）

于是查找发现，只需在命令后加入–vs2015即可（@mob604756f59f47文章）。

最终使用管理员模式的powershell输入命令：

npm install --global --production windows-build-tools --vs2015

成功安装windows-build-tools
4. 安装node-sass成功。
5. 在项目内使用npm i 安装依赖，部分依赖如node install.js无法安装卡住，goolge之后发现是网络问题，尝试切换npm源为taobao镜像发现无效，因此挂上梯子，成功安装。
