修改maven仓库为自己的私有仓库

一般在studio创建一个新项目的时候，默认在工程的根目录下的依赖仓库是jcenter如：

buildscript {
    repositories {
        jcenter()
    }
    dependencies {
        classpath 'com.android.tools.build:gradle:2.3.3'

        // NOTE: Do not place your application dependencies here; they belong
        // in the individual module build.gradle files
    }
}

allprojects {
    repositories {
        jcenter()
    }
}

task clean(type: Delete) {
    delete rootProject.buildDir
}

jcenter访问会非常慢，于是我们要替换为自己的仓库，只要把上面的jcenter替换为自己的maven地址就行了
