自2010年10月3日雅虎放出公告，在其优惠注册链接 http://smallbusiness.yahoo.com/domains/?p=BESTDEAL 注册/或转入的域名由原先的1.99美金改为3.95美金一年，依然有众多国内持卡客户使用其服务，原因在于其非常具有竞争力的价格。在Godaddy没有优惠码的情况下，3.95的价格可算是业界最低了。

本文不在于教会你如何注册Yahoo! Small Business的域名，因为你可以在http://www.admin5.com/article/20100928/275092.shtml 找到完整的域名注册方式，本文在于帮助那些一年到期被扣费的用户作为提醒：

 

1. 雅虎的自动续费机制与“隐藏风险”

文中意思是，如果你一次购买

1年 3.95美金，节约了6美金（*注：相对于原价9.95）

2年13.90美金，节约6美金（换句话说，第二年价格是原价，因为只优惠了第一年）

3年23.85美金，节约6美金 （*注：所以后面不用看了，都是9.95美金一年的价格，区别在于第一次购买的合同年限）

看出问题了吧？在教程中，一般教大家注册一年期（因为多注册反而也没有优惠），但是到期前由于雅虎的自动续费机制（到期日前15天自动从你的信用卡扣费）所以你需要谨慎。此外，提醒所有朋友，即使你转走了域名，一定记得取消扣费协议，否则，依然会被扣费！

2. 使用Paypal是安全的支付方式

 

都说Paypal是安全的，因为对于商家，他无从获取你的信用卡信息，无法“自动扣费”，我遇到问题是，国内注册的paypal.com无法在雅虎上面使用，至少目前无法使用；而众多网友遇到的问题是，即使成功使用Paypal付费，即使域名转出，雅虎依旧会向Paypal发出扣费请求，详情点击这里。因此，如何规避雅虎“自动扣费”机制，使得你的“优惠”与利益的最大化？

3. 雅虎提出的转移域名策略

 

官方的提示通常是正确的，我们来看看如何操作。按照ICANN的要求，无论是新注册还是转入到了某一注册商手中后，必须2个月后才能转移到另一家（一般来说都到了Godaddy麾下）因此，从你域名购买2个月后，就需要考虑转走，转走方式官方也有提示：

1. Visit your Business Control Panel. (If you haven't signed in to your account already, you'll be asked to do so here.) 访问控制面板
2. Click the "Cancel Plan" link under the plan you want to cancel. 点击控制面板里面的Cancel Plan链接
3. Follow the instructions to cancel your plan. 依据要求操作

这里我想说的是，雅虎客服与你交流是英文，关于域名迁移问题我曾联系Godaddy和Yahoo!的客服，整体而言，客服都非常出色，这是事实，无论你如何抱怨这样的价格不合理或者是自动扣费太卑鄙，是陷阱，但是他们的客服素质很高，而且将工作看做是生活。

在我感觉，客服首先问你如何称呼，国内任何服务的客服都可以做到，然后他们问你的账户名称，Yahoo!是要求报账号，Godaddy要求报号码并且有Call-in code即呼入密码，直接报即可。并且要求你的联系电话。

中间出现我的Skype断线或我的Google Voice 断掉，因为Google Voice用国内IP无法使用免费呼叫美国功能，使用了VPN，有些不稳定。雅虎客服还打电话给我，感觉非常人性化。

3.找自己的信得过的朋友注册；

4.最后一个就是不要注册。

依据月光博客的提示，我们建议并且提醒，不要在国内注册商注册域名，因为作为长期财产，你在国内注册，想转出就很困难了。你可能会问为什么要转出？曾发生的是：

注册商非法劫持你的域名控制权（如:电玩巴士）、注册商拒不同意你转出（自己搜百度：万网转出域名经历）还有的可能是注册商抬高价格等等。
