I got up at 6 am just as what I did this week. However, time presses, I can't even get enough breakfast. Besides, I don't have time to pack my lunch so I have to go back home in the afternoon, and this would take me about 3 hours. How many things I can do in 3 hours. So today, I gave up catching the 6:30 am bus and pack my lunch. Of cours, I miss the course at gym, so I ran myself on a treadmill and took a shower. It feels so good.
So I think tomorrow I have to get up 10 minutes earlier.
A bad news is that I gain another 3 pounds. It's all on my belly. OK, I need to keep on exercising every dat and lose fat.
