Day 12: keep going

I can't believe that I had a hard time falling asleep last time just because I went to bed earlier than usual. But I'm still happy because I got up at 6 am and worked out this morning. I sweated a lot and it feels so good. So I list some benefits of exercise sweating below:

1, It helps to achieve softer and smoother skin because when we're sweating, our skin pores open and any dirty and impurities on the surface layer have a chance to exit.

2, It helps to loss weight. Although the weight we lose in sweating is water weight and this weight is quickly replaced when we replenish fluids, we burn up calories during exercise sweating.

3, It helps to relieve stress. Exercise sweating helps us to get rid of toxins and cleanses our skin and in this way, we can get stress relief.

 

Another thing I want to jot down is the dream I had last night. Being a lab TA on Friday is not easy because the assignment usually due on Friday, so there were always many other students coming to my lab and asking questions in their assignments, which made my lab pretty full. I'd love to answer their questions but my job was to answer questions in the lab. And if these students would understand me more and be grateful when I helped then instead of taking my help as granted, I would like them more. So in the dream, I was doing the lab again and the lab room was filled with students. They were coming for the assignment. I had done my lab but because of them I did another 4 hours and there was no sign that the number of students would decrease. This made me mad because I really don't like it.

It was really a nightmare. Hope I won't make this dream never again.
