IDEA JDBC的封装

• 第一步：创建一个db.properties文件将其放在src文件夹下
• 第二步：将dirver url username password放入其中
• 第三步：创建一个jdbcUtils的java类
• 第四步：将连接驱动，加载驱动，释放资源封装其中
• 第四步：测试数据
