to install software (torch)

1.write jobtest.sh

2.run on terminal:

qrsh -g tga-xxxxx -l q_node=1 -l h_rt=1:00:00
module load cuda
./jobtest.sh

to install software(pip)

qrsh -g tga-xxxxx -l q_node=1 -l h_rt=1:00:00
module load python-extension/2.7
pip install --user theano

to install softward(ffmpeg)

1.run on terminal(install)

git clone ******
qrsh -g tga-xxxxx -l q_node=1 -l h_rt=1:00:00
./configure --prefix=/gs/hs0/tga-xxx/15M54105/software_install/ffmpeg/
make
make install

2.write job shell(job.sh)

#$ -l s_core=10
#$ -l h_rt=01:00:00
#$ -N extframe

. /etc/profile.d/modules.sh
module load python-extension/2.7

3.submit jobqs
sub -g tga-xxx ./job.sh

to submit jobs
