npm cache clean --force
npm config set registry https://registry.npm.taobao.org
npm config get registry
npm install yarn -g
npm install @vue/cli -g
npm install --unsafe-perm node-sass
npm update
npm install npm -g
npm install --legacy-peer-deps

1.错误：Node Sass could not find a binding for your current environment: Windows 32-bit with Node.js 14.x
解决:npm rebuild node-sass
2.报git相关错误
2.1 先用本地git bash here，看可以git clone不,如果可以，接着用2.2和2.3
2.2 刷新DSN解析缓存
ipconfig /flushdns
2.3 npm install
如果不可以
git config --global url.“https://”.insteadOf git://
git config --global url.“https://”.insteadOf ssh://git@
npm install
3.如果试遍了网上所有的方法还不能解决问题，可以降低或升级nodejs版本
