光谱合成工具FADO的安装

我的系统版本是Ubuntu 22.04，其它系统思路相似

FADO简介

FADO comes from the Latin word “fatum”, which means fate or destiny. It is also a well-known genre of Portuguese music, and by choosing this acronym for this spectral synthesis tool, we would like to pay homage to Portugal.

The main goal of FADO is to explore the star-formation and chemical enrichment history (the “Fado”) of galaxies based on two hitherto unique elements in spectral fitting models:

安装步骤

安装libgfortran3

新版本Ubuntu 没有libgfortran3, 需要加入旧版本的apt库才行。
首先，在/etc/apt/sources.list文本文件下加上以下网址

deb http://gb.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ bionic main universe

安全密钥设置

遇到的是该网站没有合格的安全密钥进行验证，会出现下面的问题提示：

The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY FEEA9169307EA071 		#这个密钥根据自己的来定

密钥添加服务器

将此公钥添加到本台服务器即可，命令如下（此命令大概要执行十几秒）：

sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys FEEA9169307EA071  #将上面对应的密钥代码添加

再次安装libgfortran3

sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade
sudo apt-get install libgfortran3

在终端进入文件FADO解压目录之后

输入

./FADO -version

然后输出如图就解决了
