在进行nx的cam编程时,我们必须判断刀路的材料侧,而对于模型附近的材料侧,有个简单的思路就是判断曲线的左侧或者右侧是否在模型内部,但是实际问题往往复杂很多,比如曲线正好在临界情况,此时必须对曲线做一定的偏置处理,具体如何偏置还得根据实际情况处理。
而即便是偏置过的曲线,仍然可能存在曲线上的某部分,曲线两侧都没有材料,那么此时就无法准确判断材料侧了,一个方法就是在曲线上多次取点,这样总不至于完全无法判断材料侧了。
直接上代码,代码中部分不重要的函数项目原因不能提供实现,参考一下思路即可。
