这种错误一般有三种原因。但自己要提的是第四种，c3p0config.xml要放在哪里，可以看到报错中并没有找到配置文件mvcApp，自己尝试把xml放在src下面后：就阔以了。

服另外三种原因：

一是：连接URL格式出现了问题(Connection conn=DriverManager.getConnection("jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/XX","root","XXXX")
二是：jre/lib/ext中没有加入合适的mysql_jdbc驱动
三是：Buildpath中没有加入合适的mysql_jdbc驱动
