解决BaseQuickAdapter addHeaderView 包含RecyclerView 滑动到头部RecyclerView部分 放手自动回到RecyclerView顶部

发现是因为焦点的问题 最后在headview RecyclerView 添加
android:focusable="false" 
android:focusableInTouchMode="false"

rootview添加
android:focusableInTouchMode="true"
android:focusable="true"

headview
