spring错误org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener

maven构建的spring项目，总是报错org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener，还有一个

重新maven update了也没用，clean之后重新build也不行，后来查了一下，说是lib没有引，  

第一步，项目点击右键 点击 Properties 选择Deployment Assembly 再点击右边的Add按钮 选择Java Build Path Entries后点击Next按钮 然后选择你的Maven Dependencies 确定，没好用，还是报错，hashmap竟然告诉我没有这类，

第二步，项目点击右键 点击 Properties 选择java compiler,取消右侧use compliance........的对号，然后选择正确的jre版本，到此解决了
