windows 10 bash update xenial（16.04）

windows 10 中的子系统（bash）原为trusty（14.04），可以通过ubuntu的升级方式升级为xenial（16.04）
为微软不用gentoo或者arch之类的滚动系统呢，升级多方便。

升级思路猜测：
通过修改源文件中的配置（从第二个连接的git上的脚本可以看到，重点在于将源中的trusty改为xenial），然后直接升级包。
