Open CV绘图函数

画直线：

line(InputOutputArray img, Point pt1, Point pt2, const Scalar &color, int thickness = 1, int lineType = LINE_8, int shift = 0)；	

Parameters
    img Image.
    pt1 First point of the line segment. 起点
    pt2 Second point of the line segment. 终点
    color Line color. 颜色，用Scalar(R，G，B)赋值
    thickness Line thickness.线宽
    lineType Type of the line.线型

    shift Number of fractional bits in the point coordinates.

画圆：
