BlackBerry Internet Service故障：公司内部同事无法互通邮件，对外联络没有问题

环境：

托管的邮件服务器，手机通过BIS帐号访问邮件

现象：

手机发邮件给gmail没有问题，收gmail邮件也没有问题。

手机发邮件给同事（邮箱也在同一台邮件服务器上），同事电脑和手机都收不到邮件，发送者也没有拒收或者没有送达的邮件。

故障判断：

发送者也没有拒收或者没有送达的邮件，可能是邮件服务器把来自BIS服务器的请求拒绝，或者是没有拒绝但是把邮件直接转到垃圾邮箱。

解决办法：

邮件服务器没有给BlackBerry服务器响应的权限(approved senders)。

系统管理员根据BlackBerry KB15110配置邮件服务器。
