 如果只是播放*.wav这样的声音文件,可以用系统自带的SoundPlayer类
using System.Media;


SoundPlayer sp=new Soundplayer("filepath");  //这里也可以将音乐文件读到MemoryStream中再利用这个进行实例化
sp.play();

如果是要播放如MP3,wma等格式的音乐文件,需要利用API实现,方法请参照2楼
