Job Description:

1.Test planning and test feasibility study,in parallel with the progress in module development plan and design stage
2.Test environment design and build up, based on the product goals in requirement
3.Design test strategy and methodology in functional, performance, stress and etc
4.Test case design, execution, and bug submission, reporting, and issue follow-up for bug resolution
5.Design and analyze test quality with measurable metrics to ensure and improve the quality of the test process and deliverables
6.Provide product quality report, quality analysis for product release and further improvement plan
7.Automate the testing and improve the test efficiency

Skills:
1. Familiar with Linux and windows testing environment is essential
2. Prior experience in manual and automated testing is required
3. Experience in Bug Tracking System.
4. Perl/Shell experience is a plus
5. Fluent English communication skill (read and write), and moderate in spoken English.
6. Minimum 5 years experience in software testing and automation
7. Good teamwork and people skill
8. Fast learner, good troubleshooting skills, willingness to take ownership of project and ability to get the job done with minimal supervision

Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
