初始化样式表

很多人不大明白为毛要在写代码前初始化样式表，其实就好比如：你发现你写网页的时候，边边总是会留白，怎么办呢。，在body设置margin:0;padding:0;就OK了。下面是初始化样式表，根据个人设置不同的样式，也可以用*号全设置了
