ubuntu升级到12.04后mysql报错了

前提如同题目所说，升级后我的mysql服务没法启动，这里是部分报错信息：

上网搜过各种方法了，都没发解决这个问题。

纠结了一天了，希望哪位大侠能帮忙解决下。
