微服务在路由服务中访问静态资源,使合法域名能访问微信下载的验证文本

直接上代码，没什么难度，代码可优化，路径目前是写死，主要目的是能让微信访问到它需要读取的验证，比如 localhost/1.txt 文件,这个1.txt 文件就是 微信提供的。
主要还是在微服务中才使用到，传统的架构就直接防止static下，即可访问静态资源
