在maven工程中构建自己的第一个SpringBoot项目时，pom.xml中的＜parent＞报错

问题描述：

之前的maven仓库是在做“淘淘商城”时，跟着老师的步骤做的。现在在学习SpringBoot，创建第一个SpringBoot的maven工程时，pom文件的<parent>报错如下：
