配置国内yum源

配置中科大yum源，参考：

以下整理了centos6的脚本（curl命令下载不了，自己手动下载）

rpm -Uvh http://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/6/x86_64/epel-release-6-8.noarch.rpm
mv /etc/yum.repos.d/epel.repo /etc/yum.repos.d/epel.repo.save
mv /etc/yum.repos.d/epel-testing.repo /etc/yum.repos.d/epel-testing.repo.save
