读取配置文件中的内容

在项目中读取配置文件中的内容信息，例如ipconfig.properties里面读取IP地址。

配置文件中的内容：

#被注释的地址

读取里面的地址：

String ipAddress = Configuration.readConfigString("health_ip", "ipconfig")；
