关于Data
- 通常说的图像、文本、音频、视频数据可以用标准的python包载入到numpy数组中,然后可以转成torch.Tensor
- 使用Pillow和opencv处理图像
- scipy和librosa处理音频
- 原生Python或者基于Cython的载入,或者NLTK、SpaCy用来处理文本 torch项目创建了torchision包用于载入和转换视觉的一些通用的数据集,如ImageNet、CIFAR10、MNIST的等,torchvision.datasets和torch.utils.data.DataLoader。这可提供很大的便利,避免编写样板代码。
CIFAR10
在这个教程中,使用CIFAR10数据集,有10个类: ‘airplane’, ‘automobile’, ‘bird’, ‘cat’, ‘deer’, ‘dog’, ‘frog’, ‘horse’, ‘ship’, ‘truck’.每个样本是3x32x32的彩色图片。
训练一个分类器
- 载入和规范化CIFAR10数据 使用torchision工具包,非常方便的载入CIFAR10数据。torchison载入的数据集是PILImage,数值是[0, 1],需要规范化成[-1, 1]
